The panel consists of:

  • Pneumatic valves

This module is a fully automatic solution for sequential sampling according to customisable algorithms. The valves are pneumatically actuated and normally closed, which, even in the event of power or control air problems, guarantees system safety and eliminates the possibility of mixing different samples.

  • Mass flow meter 

The flowmeter is an important element for sample preparation.


Application for measurements in gases:

  • Density control.
    By measuring the physical density, it is possible to separate the media, allowing the most precise adaptation of measurement algorithms and reducing the effects of so-called "mixed phases"
  • Gas flow control (optional flow control is available)
    For correct measurements it is necessary to control the flow within specified limits. This requirement is one of the key recommendations from equipment manufacturers.
  • Precise flow control
    Precise flow control is very important in gas measurment. all measeurng equipment in standart version normalize measured values to atmospheric pressure


Application for liquid measurements:

  • Density determination.
    Density measurement of liquids allows precise tracing of the moment of change of the medium, which in turn guarantees correctness of measurements and correctness of parameters (the measurement will take place directly on the sample).
  • Highly accurate flow determination.
    Flow in analytical measuring equipment is one of the key parameters. In most cases manufacturers normalise the flow and guarantee maximum accuracy and efficiency of measurements in this range.
    Flow control is also an important statistical parameter when processing results. This type of flowmeter allows to receive data on PLC and use flow as a certain bit of validity (bit=1 when flow is within the specified range).
  • PLC

The control system is realised on Siemens based PLC. The operating algorithms can be adapted to individual customer requirements. The PLC is equipped with various communication interfaces such as Profibus, Profinet or digital/analogue signal, which allows integration into almost any system or functioning as a stand-alone module.
