At the structural level, the project has two essential components: a set of specialised equipment and a control and data acquisition cabinet. These elements work in synchrony to create a powerful system capable of continuous quality control and management in real time.



Real-time analysers, which can be tailored to the customer's needs, ensure continuous monitoring of key quality parameters. Their unique feature is the ability to operate in very short time intervals, allowing immediate response to even the smallest changes in product quality. This allows manufacturers to quickly adapt their processes and eliminate potential defects.

The data collection and storage cabinet plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of the system. It not only collects data from the analysers, but also processes and verifies it according to customer specifications. If any parameter exceeds the set limits, the system automatically takes action, including stopping production, to rectify the fault.

All data collected by the system is carefully archived and stored in an internal database, which allows quick and easy access via specialised software. By visualising the data in graph form, it is easy to understand and analyse on any PC on the company's network. This allows managers and engineers to easily monitor and analyse production processes, helping them to make informed decisions in real time.
